It could be your research log. Whatever. Next, go to the chat window and type "The attached file contains information to be used in the following prompt: " then paste the prompt immediately following that. The fact that it is long is no different than if it were short. You are just pasting. Then press the button to send this prompt to ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
